Industrial Mod Bathrooms

This family purchased a historic home with sad 80s bathrooms that needed an update. A custom-designed vanity created just the modern look the couple wanted in the primary bath, while a pop of timeless color gave all the personality needed for the modern white slab and brown penny round tile used in the kids' bath. The primary bathroom hall became an extension of the custom closet, becoming what I like to call "shoe world" and additional custom drawer storage for the couple. Details included in the primary: metallic tile floor to ceiling, antiqued chandeliers, gold leaf curvy mirrors, custom designed and made vanity with copper vessel sinks, and custom rusted legs.
Details in the kids' bath include custom paneling below a penny-round stripe throughout the room that extends into niches over a deep soaker tub, continuing into a tan linen stripe in the custom made curtain. Chrome and walnut details out a timeless space with a traditional-shaped vanity and custom framed mirror.
